Why a page on how to download a file or ebook, simple I was getting emails saying the visitor to my website could not download the files but everytime I checked I could not find a problem with link, most of the time it was the visitors connection or just not waiting long enough for the download to start.
Another common problem was many ordinary people who may use computers every day at work have never in their life downloaded a file, or are scared to download an ebook.
